Bevagna Country House is placed near a medieval village, just five
minutes driving to Bevagna. It’s the result of a qualified restoration of
a 19th century stone farmhouse, from which nine comfortable bedrooms were
made.
The country house is plunged in the green heart of Martani Mountains (Monti
Martani), and surrounded by an oak wood The perfect place for whom is looking
for quiet and privacy, in direct contact with nature. This holiday farm
is surrounded by a big garden with a wide swimming pool (98 x 49 feet).
From here it’s possible to go for a walk or trekking, and some mountain
bikes are available for excursions around this beautiful hills. Outside,
in the garden there are some wooden tables and chairs, a gazebo, some sunshades
and sun beds were to enjoy reading a book or relaxing with the surrounding
nature.
Rooms
Bevagna country house has double, triple and quadruple rooms; the double
rooms may be used also for a single person. Inside they are all made with
chestnut roof beams on the ceiling, stone walls and wrought iron beds. All
rooms have an en suite bathroom and independent warming. There is no television
because the country house follows the idea of complete relax, away from
all noises we usually hear in everyday life. Two rooms are furnished with
antiques and the bathrooms have comfortable Jacuzzis. The structure is suitable
for disabled.
Restaurant
For the guests there is an excellent restaurant service with own produced
typical products. The family management of the country house offers to his
customers the best Umbrian foods. The farm house also produces red and white
wine: “Sagrantino di Montefalco” (red), “Rosso di Montefalco” (red) and
“Grechetto dei Colli Martani” (white).
