The Country House Spoleto is situated on a hill right over the village of Castel San Felice. Although it was an important agricultural centre in the past, it has been transformed today in a “Farm Holiday House”. Up to 15 people can find accommodation in the 6 double rooms and a single one in which an extra bed can be added; it’s also available a large kitchen, a pleasant living room area and a large swimming pool. Singles, families and groups can spend unforgettable days in this relaxing atmosphere. The Country House is open all year long and can offer B&B service, for single rooms, or the entire structure rental, from a minimum number of 10 people up to a maximum number of 15 people. There are some local shops in the area, were to by some typical Umbrian food. The country House is located near the excursion path of the former railway line Spoleto – Norcia. The country house is near the Sibillini National Park, were it’s possible to practice sport activities as rafting, mountain bike, trout fishing, excursions, etc. The Country house is the ideal starting point to visit Umbrian main medieval cities such as Spoleto, Todi, Perugia and Assisi.
