Todi Country House
This little stony village, completely renewed and restructured, which dates
back to the XIII century as sighting posting (with some buildings added
in 1700), is part of a farm cultivated with cereals, vineyard, sunflowers
and olive trees. It is located in Umbria, among the wonderful views of the
hills nearby Todi (in Perugia province), with a 350 meter height above sea
level, approximately midway between Florence and Rome. Arts locations, medieval
villages and natural beauties can be easily reached from this place, Orvieto,
Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio, Foligno, Perugia, Trasimeno Lake, Marmore Falls,
Bolsena Lake, which have made this part of Central Italy famous all around
the world. In Todi Country House you can get a boat and go fishing for luces
and carps in the small private lake, or you can swim in the private swimming
pool, play ping-pong or volley-ball and have grilled food in the barbecue
area in the garden. A small house is available for young guests in a playground
at their complete disposal. Let's not forget the nearby restaurants where
typical food of the genuine Umbrian cuisine is being served.

Arco (2+2): on the ground floor, this 484 square feet flat can accommodate
2 people +1. It can be connected to the "Gelso" lodging on the
first floor (968 square feet for 4+2 people) through an internal stairway.
- Noce (2+2): particularly suitable for handicapped, (430 square
feet) is designed for 2 people. In addition to a double bed, the sofa-bed
can accommodate other two people.

Bacco (2+2): (430 square feet) nice apartment on the first floor for
2 persons with extra bed for other 2 persons, with kitchen and lovely bath
with shower in the antique tower.
- Torretta (2+2): (484 square feet) romantic apartment for 2 persons
with a wonderful sightseeing of Todi hills. The apartment has a kitchen
corner and there’s enough room for other 2 persons on a sleep couch.

Refugium Peccatorum (2): located on the first floor, it’s the smallest
lodging of Todi Country House (290 square feet). It is suitable for two
people.
- Tramontana (6+2): located on the first floor, this is the largest
lodging of the Country House (1.453 square feet). It can accommodate 6 people
plus other two small beds (for children or teen-agers). The kitchen is equipped
with oven and fireplace.

Il Gelso (4+2): located on the first floor, this lodging its 968
square feet wide and it can accommodate 4 people. Other 2 beds (for children
and teen-agers) are available on the mezzanine floor. The kitchen is equipped
with oven, microwave oven and chimney. A fireplace and a television set
are also available. The apartment can be connected to the "Arco"
flat on the ground floor (484 square feet) thus getting a total of 6+4 beds.
At just 500 meters there's available the Todi
Villa, which can be rented entirely for a maximum number of 14-16 people.

July and August, were is required a weekly staying.
Weekly and daily rates include everything: bedroom and bathroom linen,
electricity, water and gas consumption, use of swimming pool and common
areas.
Weekly stayings are from Saturday to Saturday with check-in from 15:00
and Check-out at 10:00. Little and medium pets accepted
