THE HOLIDAY HOUSE
This old cottage dates back to 1700. The building is surrounded by a 100,000
square meter park, with olive trees and a magnificent view on Lake Trasimeno
and the Chiana Valley. The estate is 100 m far from the border between Umbria
and Tuscany, not distant from cities of considerable artistic and religious
importance, among which Cortona (8 km), Perugia (30 km.), Arezzo (35 km.),
Assisi (50 km.), Orvieto (70 km.), Siena (60 km.), Florence (130 km), Rome
(200 km.). The cottage has been completely restored with the utmost respect
for its original features: brickwork or stonework flooring, ceilings with
exposed beams, original frescoes and fireplaces. The park has a 14 x 7 m
large swimming-pool with a magnificent view on the lake, as well as a sun-terrace
and a barbecue.
The cottage is divided into 14 apartments, each made up of a double room,
a living room with kitchenette and double divan-bed, a bathroom. All the
apartments have a communicating door and can be combined so as to have either
4-bed- or 8-bed-apartments. Furnishings are elegant and refined, with embroidered
fabrics, wrought iron tester-beds, Persian carpets; all the apartments are
equipped with safe, TV-SAT, telephone, Internet connection, ceiling fans.
Some apartments have a small private garden or a terrace.
You will be welcome in our small wellness centre with indoor heated swimming-pool,
jets for cervical massage, counter-current swimming, sauna, Turkish bath,
6-person Jacuzzi whirlpool Spa, relax room with chromo therapy and aromatherapy
facilities, gym; you can also enjoy relaxing massages, Shiatsu and sun shower.
Any time of the year you will find here the ideal place for a relaxing holiday
in a quiet and refined environment, enjoying sightseeing in the near-by
cities and personal care and "remise en forme&" in our wellness centre.
For golf-lovers, a very good 18-hole-course is not distant from the cottage,
while those fond of wind-surf and sailing will find a sport centre with
ample facilities and a school.

You will be welcome in our wellness centre with indoor heated swimming-pool,
jets for cervical massage, counter-current swimming, sauna, Turkish bath,
6-person Jacuzzi whirlpool Spa, relax room with chromo therapy and aromatherapy
facilities, gym. You can also enjoy relaxing massages, shiatsu, ayurvedici,
relax, sun shower, and aesthetical treatments delivered by our qualified
staff. Any time of the year you will find here the ideal place for a relaxing
holiday in a quiet and refined environment.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

and bathroom.
SUPERIOR DOUBLE SUITE: double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed,
kitchenette and bathroom. Larger apartments, some with view on the lake,
fireplace or private little garden.
IMPERIAL DOUBLE SUITE: double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed,
kitchenette and bathroom. Decorated with original frescoes on the ceiling
and on the walls, fireplace, private terrace with a wonderful view on Lake
Trasimeno.
APARTMENTS EQUIPMENT
Every apartment has a kitchenette (fridge 150 litres, cooking place, electric
oven, sink) with dishes, pots and pans; In every room there's a ventilator
on the ceiling. Apartment equipment: safe, TV-SAT, telephone, internet connection,
hairdryer. Bed, bathroom and table linen included, and is changed every
week. Weekly cleaning service. Every apartment has the equipment for daily
cleaning.
