The Holiday House Cerreto invites you for vacation in Umbria, near the Sibillini Mountains Natural Park, half-way from Spoleto to Norcia and Cascia. The holiday house is made of two buildings plunged in the green Valnerina mountains, amid deep woods and farms. They are part of a small mountain village, have been recently refurbished and transformed into six charming holiday apartments with a wonderful view on the valley. The holiday House has a swimming pool, a wide garden with barbecue and tables for outdoor dinners, some games for kids and a private parking area.
Ginestra (4+2 pax)
Made up of 1 double room, 1 twin room with a double sofa bed, living room
with kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Carpino (4+3 pax)
Made up of 2 double rooms, a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and
double sofa bed and bathroom with bathtub.
Ciliegio (2+2 pax)
Made up of upper storey with double bedroom, a living room with fire place,
kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
Olmo (2+1 pax)
Studio with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. (The apartments
Ciliegio and Olmo may become a unique apartment)
Quercia (2+3 pax)
Placed on the first floor and made up of a double room with added single
room, living room with fireplace, kitchen, double sofa bed and bathroom.
Mandorlo (4+2 pax)
Placed on the second floor and made up of two double room, two bathroom,
one with shower and the other with bathtub.
The Holiday House may be the starting point for several excursions and tours
in the Sibillini mountains National Park and on the Nera river one may practise
several sports.
Activities of the Holiday House:
Swimming pool available, barbecue, ping pong table, and free mountain bikes.
Activities outside the holiday house:
Horse riding at 6 miles; sportfishing, rafting, canoeing, free climbing,
bungee jumping at 4 miles.
