The Holiday Apartments Spoleto is settled in a wonderful position
on a hill, with a splendid view on the town of Spoleto. In the surrounding
area there are beautiful little Umbrian villages full history and tradition.
To maintain the charm of this 17th century country house, it has been renovated
without modifying any of its original architectural structure. The atmosphere
of the past and the marvellous landscape of Umbria may be considered a perfect
answer to any desire. The holiday house is constituted of 8 apartments with
all comforts. Some have their own garden and all have access to the swimming
pool.
The Apartments
LA FRANCESCA: it sleeps 2+2 persons (538 square feet).Two rooms on the main
floor with access to the garden. It used to be the original Chapel of the
house with vaulted ceilings decorated with frescoes; original floor in terracotta
tiles. The apartment is constituted of a large living room with a cooking
corner and a sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath (tub). Washing
machine, oven, TV equipped with satellite, telephone.
LA CANTINA: it sleeps 2+2 persons (763 square feet). Two rooms on the
main floor, with access to the garden. It was the ancient cave and the old
stone machinery for squeezing grapes and make wine still there. Original
floor in terracotta tiles. In the living room there is an evocative stone
arch.The apartment is constituted of a large living room with a cooking
corner and a sofa, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath (tub). Washing machine,
dishwasher , oven, TV, telephone.
LA SILENZIOSA: it sleeps 2+2 persons (451 square feet). Two rooms on the
main and first floor, with access to a small private garden. The apartment
is constituted of a large living room with a cooking corner and a couch,
a stone fireplace on the main floor, a double bedroom, one bathroom with
shower. Oven, TV equipped with satellite, telephone.
LA TORRETTA: it sleeps 2 (473 square feet). Two rooms on the second floor
inside the tower, with wooden ceilings. The apartment is constituted of
a living room with a cooking corner and a couch, a double bedroom, a bathroom
with shower. Washing machine, Oven, TV, telephone.
Il FOCOLARE: it sleeps 2+2. (763 square feet). Two rooms on the second
floor with wood ceiling and original floor in in terracotta tiles. The apartment
is constituted of a large living room with a cooking corner a sofa, a stone
fireplace; one double bedroom, one bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Washing machine,
Oven, TV, telephone.
I CILIEGI: it sleeps 4+2 persons. (871 square feet). Three rooms on the
main floor with access to a private garden. Characteristic apartment with
lacunar wooden ceiling and paintings on the wall. Functional for handicapped
too. Space arrangement: a large living room with a cooking corner and a
sofa, an original fireplace; one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, two
bathrooms with showers. Oven, washing machine, TV, telephone.
LE ROVERELLE: it sleeps 4+2. (398 square feet). Three rooms on the first
floor with charming old wall paintings, wooden ceilings and floor in terracotta
tiles. It's a very bright apartment with large windows. The apartment is
constituted of a large living room with a cooking corner and a sofa; one
double bedroom and one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. Oven,
washing machine, TV equipped with satellite cable, telephone.
LA TORRE: it sleeps 4+2 (989 square feet). Three rooms on the second and
third floor inside the house tower with beautiful view and terrace. Extremely
charming, with wooden ceiling and terracotta floor, old architectonic details
and paintings decorations on the walls.
The apartment is constituted of a kitchen, a large living room with a stone
fireplace, a sofa, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and two bathrooms
with showers. Large terrace with a beautiful 360° view of the valley, equipped
with table and deck-chairs . Washing machine, TV, telephone.
