The Hotel residence is very close to Perugia and Assisi, plunged
in the quietness of Trasimeno Lake. The structure is situated along San
Feliciano (ancient fishers village) lake shore, and at few meters from the
boarding gate to Polvese Island, inside the natural park of Trasimeno lake.
The Hotel, thanks to its strategic position, is the perfect place to relax
and to go out for excursions towards the most interesting places of Umbria
and Tuscany, regions rich in characteristic villages and enogastronomic
or thermal itineraries.

The double, triple or quadruple rooms are furnished in modern style and
have telephone, satellite TV, independent air conditioning, minibar and
bathroom with shower. The apartments, can host a maximum number of 6 persons,

Restaurant

a great variety of dishes made of lake fish, sea fish, typical Umbrian products
and the Pizza Napoletana.
