Montefalco Villa is located on a hill near the medieval city of
Montefalco, with a wonderful view on the valley between Trevi and Spoleto.
The structure is near Montefalco, Bevagna, Spoleto and Trevi, in an area
were oenology is a tradition. The owners of this beautiful villa have several
years of experience in this field and have decided to merge wine culture
with hospitality, to bring forth a new concept of tourism hospitality. This
project aims to enhance Montefalco territory through the interaction among
environment, tourism and oenology. The complex is made of 18 apartments
completely refurbished and frescoed. From the Villa entrance, just few meters
away from the wine cellar, there’s a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains
and on the park. Every apartment has an equipped kitchen, a living room,
a bedroom and a bathroom, and have independent air conditioning or warming,
satellite TV, safe, telephone, bedroom and bathroom linen.
Inside the property there’s a beautiful swimming pool, with Jacuzzi and
fountain, surrounded by a wide garden with threes and several local plants.
The wine cellar, near the villa, is open for all customers for wine tasting.
The solarium: wide terrace on the first floor, with a stairway leading to
the swimming pool.
Coffee room: under the solarium and near the swimming pool, there’s the
coffee room for breakfasts and other relaxing moments. Painted in blue and
white, this place can also be used to taste some wine, or to have a the.
The Swimming Pool: it has a flower form with an height of 4,92 feet; there’s
a central fountain and a Jacuzzi corner. The children pool is connected
to the main pool. It’s always open except than during the night.
Apartments / Residences
N. 4 – Il COSMO (322,92 square feet)
The apartment is situated on the round floor, in front of the garden. Inside
it’s decorated with stars and planets frescoes. Entering there’s the living
room, the kitchenette, the resizable table with four chairs and a sofa bed
which can be used as third bed. On the left there’s the double bedroom (160x200)
and the en suite bathroom with shower.
N. 5 AZZURRA (322,92 square feet)
Apartment on the round floor, inside a little squared portico, were is the
entrance of apartment N. 6. Entering we find a beamed ceiling decorated
by hand, the living room with kitchenette and table with four chairs. There’s
a sofa bed (80 x 200) and a floor-lamp near the two windows looking at the
outside portico. At the end of a little corridor there’s the bedroom, light
blue painted, with a double bedroom (140x200), a writing-desk with chairs
and a sofa; en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N. 6 – L’UVA (344,45 square feet)
The guest who enters is surrounded by the blue light coming from the kitchen
window. The living room is equipped with a table with four chairs, a sofa
bed (80x200) with floor-lamp. The apartment has three windows and is very
luminous. On the left there’s a double bedroom (160x200) decorated with
grape paintings, a sofa and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N. 7 – L’ORIENTE (452,08 square feet)
Apartment situated on the ground floor with a wide patio door leading to
the garden and the swimming pool. It’s decorated with Arab paintings; the
living room is divided into two areas: on the left there’s the dining room
with table and chairs, on the right there’s a sofa which may be used as
third bed (120x210) and a writing desk. The bedroom has two single beds
(90x190) and a luminous bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N. 8 – FONTI DEL CLITUNNO (559,72 square feet)
Placed on the ground floor with view on the garden and swimming pool, this
wide apartment it’s decorated with paintings which remind water. In the
living room there’s a kitchenette and a table with chairs, a sofa bed (120x210)
for a third person and a floor-lamp. The bedroom is divided from the living
room by a coloured glass door, it’s decorated with scenes of Latin mythology
and has two double bedrooms (100x200), a writing desk, a sofa and en suite
bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N. 9 – CASTEL DI MONTE (365,97 square feet)
Situated on the round floor, with a wide window in the living room, the
apartment looks at the garden and swimming pool. There’s a kitchenette a
table with chairs and a double sofa bed (2x80x200). The double bed room
(160 x 200) has a bedside table a sofa and an en suite bathroom with bathtub
and shower.
N. 10 – A EDGARDO (279,86 square feet)
The apartment is on the round floor, has a beamed ceiling decorated by drawings,
a kitchenette with table and chairs. In the living room there are two luminous
windows a sofa bed for two (2x80x200). The bedroom has a double bed (140x200)
a sofa an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N. 11 – LA CASETTA (301,39 square feet)
Located on the first floor, accessible from a brick stairway, this apartment
has a view on the vineyards, the garden and the valley. Inside the painting
represent natural elements: water, fire, air and hearth. Entering there’s
a kitchenette with table and chairs; the living room has a sofa bed (80x200)
with a floor-lamp and from the window you can admire the Trevi landscape.
In the bedroom there’s a double bed (160x200), a sofa, a wardrobe, en suite
bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N. 12 – LA CONCHIGLIA (376,74 square feet)
Apartment on the first floor with a beautiful view on garden and swimming
pool. The painting theme of this apartment is the Umbrian landscape. Entering
there’s a kitchenette, with oven and microwave, table with chairs and a
sofa bed (80x160). The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), a sofa, a wardrobe
and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N. 13 – IL PAVONE (452,08 square feet)
This is one of the largest apartments of Montefalco Villa. Entering there’s
the living room, the kitchenette with table and chairs and a sofa bed for
2 (2x80x200). The bedroom has a decoration representing a big peacock, there’s
a double bed (160x200), a writing-desk under the window, and a sofa. Bathroom
with bathtub and shower.
N. 14 – L’ABBONDANZA (602,78 square feet)
Entering this apartment you will find a double sofa bed (180 x 200), a red
armchair for reading and two bookshelves. There’s a kitchen with table and
chairs. The bedroom has two wardrobes, 1 double bed (215x200) with decorated
head-be, writing-desk, lamp and sofa bed; there’s a wide window with view
on the garden. Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
At the end of the portico there are other 3 apartments: n° 15 / 16 / 17.
N.15 – FAROALDO (409,03 square feet)
We find this apartment on the first floor. There’s a living room with kitchen,
table, chairs and a double sofa (2x80x200) near the window with a view on
garden and solarium. There’s an ancient wooden door dividing the living
room from the bedroom. The bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200), wardrobe,
commode with 3 drawers, writing desk and a sofa. En suite bathroom with
bathtub / shower.
N. 16 – LA MUSICA (322,92 square feet)
This apartment is dedicated to music and is on the first floor. The apartment
has a view on the garden and swimming pool; inside there’s a kitchen with
table and chairs, living room with double sofa bed (2x80x200) and reading
lamp. The bedroom is decorated and has a double bed (140x200) and a sofa
bed. En suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N. 17 – LA VIGNA (269,10 square feet)
Located on the first floor, this little studio is equipped with a double
bed (215x200), kitchenette (with microwave) and table with chairs. Bathroom
with shower.
N. 18 – CASA DEL FATTORE (645,83 square feet)
Situated on the ground floor, this is the largest apartment of Villa Montefalco.
There’s a large living room with paintings and festoons. Inside an old fireplace
there’s the kitchen near the table with 6 chairs. The living room has a
double sofa bed, two armchairs and a central table. From a wide French window
it’s possible to go directly to the garden and the swimming pool. Near the
living room, there’s a room with a single bed (80x190). To the other side
of the living room you may accede to other two bedrooms: one with a double
bed (160x200) and another with twin beds (100x200), both with sofa. Bathroom
with bathtub / shower.
N.19 – CASA DEL FATTORE – 1st FLOOR (409,03 square feet) (may be connected
with apartment n° 20)
This apartment is on the first floor. There’s a living room with table and
chairs, a big cupboard, sofa bed (80x200). The bedroom has a double bed
(160x200), two windows, a decorated wardrobe and a sofa. Bathroom with bathtub
/shower.
N. 20 – CASA DEL FATTORE – 1st FLOOR (236,81 square feet) (may be connected
with apartment n° 19)
It’s the only apartment with fireplace; at the entrance there’s a kitchen
(with microwave), a table with chairs and a sofa bed (80x200). The bedroom
has a double bedroom (160x200) with two windows, a wardrobe, a writing desk
with lamp and a sofa. Bathroom with bathtub and shower.
N.1 – IL SOLE (409,03 square meters)
Apartment situated on the first floor, near the reception. Also suitable
for disabled. Inside there’s a living room with table and chairs, a sofa
bed (80x200), kitchen and satellite TV. Inside the bedroom there’s a double
bed (160x200) with windows facing the garden. Bathroom with shower. No air
conditioning available in this apartment.
N. 2 – GLI OLIVI (516,67 square feet)
Apartment on the round floor also suitable for disabled. There’s a large
living room with kitchen, cupboard, table with chairs and two armchairs.
There are two double rooms: the first one has two single beds (80x200) and
a writing desk; the other room has a double bed (200x200) with three large
windows and a beautiful view on the garden. Bathroom with shower. No air
conditioning available.
Apartments equipment
Safe, Satellite TV, kitchen with electric plate, oven and refrigerator.
The kitchens are completely equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking
pan, etc. Under the portico there are some wickerwork chairs with cushion.
Inside the apartments is forbidden to smoke. Small pets are admitted.
